For best results, a commercial heat press is required to apply screen print transfers. Household irons or EasyPress machines will not provide the consistent heat and pressure

UV DTF Wraps
How to Apply UV DTF Wraps to Glass Cans
1. Prepare Your Glass Can: Clean the glass surface with alcohol or soap and water to remove any dust, oil, or residue. Let it dry completely to ensure the best adhesion.
2. Position the Wrap: Carefully peel the UV DTF wrap from its backing and align it with your glass can. Start by positioning one edge and gently press it onto the surface, smoothing it as you go. Ensure the wrap is straight and positioned exactly how you’d like.
3. Apply Pressure: Using a soft cloth or squeegee, press firmly across the entire wrap, working out any air bubbles. Be thorough—applying pressure will help the design adhere evenly and last longer.
4. Peel Off Transfer Layer: Slowly peel away the clear transfer film, starting from one corner and pulling it off at an angle. Go slowly to ensure the wrap stays adhered to the glass.
5. Set the Wrap: Let the wrap cure on the glass for about 24 hours before use, avoiding any washing or handling. This curing time will help the design fully bond with the glass surface.
And you’re done! Enjoy your beautifully customized glass can.
